The Company was established in 1983 and is registered in the UK as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act and was given a Registration No. of 01766035.

We were subsequently authorised to underwrite non-life insurance business by the Authorities and began underwriting in 1985.

The main areas of concentration being personal lines and small commercial business particularly in the retail trade.

We have a reputation as a specialist niche underwriter of restaurant business but are keen to expand our portfolio among a wider range of retailers.

The Insurance needs of our policyholders personal home and motor risks maybe catered for.

Currently our authorised and paid up share capital is £15 million although this is likely to be increased shortly. Shareholders funds stand at around £20m which is also similar to our annual gross premium.
